ServicesWho helps with the Food Pantry?The Food Pantry is run by volounteers from several local congregations under the direction of the Program Administrator. We have dedicated volunteers who faithfully come to fill and distribute food orders. If you or someone you know would be interested in volunteering, click here to read more. Where our food comes from?The Food Pantry at the Community Bread Basket is stocked through the support of our churches and local business. Bulk supplies are purchased from the Mountaineer Food Bank, a member of America's Second Harvest. Click here to learn more about our partners. What hours does the Food Pantry operate?The Food Pantry is open on Fridays from 8AM-11:30AM. To place an order prior to Friday please call our office at (304) 748-7595. We ask that clients only come once a month unless it is an emergency. Patrons may receive a food order once a month or 30 days between visits. Each patron shall have the necessary documentation as requested by the Program Administrator of the Community Bread Basket, Inc. to receive a food order. The following information must be provided once a year or when information changes:
